We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders for items that have been accidentally mispriced.
Products
Our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a devices display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the product.
Safety notice
All of our products contain small parts which are not advised for use around small children. Our accessories are intended as a decorative product and not a toy. All items should be used/worn under adult supervision responsibly. You, the customer, must use these accessories entirely at your own risk. All items should be removed before sleeping. Whilst great care has been used to make all products, it is advised that you do not let children suck or chew any items as this will cause damage to the product.
Mollie's Designs cannot be held responsible for the misuse of any of our products, it is your responsibility to ensure the product has been used correctly.
Cancellation of order
We reserve the right to cancel all or any part of an order and refund all orders at our discretion.
Out of stock items
Our website is updated every 2-4 weeks. If you manage to order an item that has sold out, we will email you to discuss an alternative or a refund. If no reply has been made within 24 hours, you will be sent a refund of the out of stock item/s and the rest of your order will be despatched without it.
Bow display cards
Bow display cards are not always supplied in your order unless they have been purchased separately or as part of a pack.
Terms
Please make sure all delivery details are correct at time of ordering.
Custom orders are being taken only via social media. Please state all details in your order (size, colours, extras) otherwise this will be at the discretion of Mollie's Designs and will not be remade without charge.
Orders cannot be changed once placed. Make sure you order all items you would like as we cannot combine postage on multiple orders.
Payments are accepted via our websites provider, PayPal or bank transfer. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
When ordering, payment is required straight away. We do not hold, reserve, order or make any items until payment has been received. No part payments or payment plans are available.
